What are our current shipping rates?

  • Australia wide standard postage (7-10 business days) - $7.90
  • Australia wide Express postage (1-3 business days) - $12.00
  • New Zealand standard postage (8-14 business days) - $15.95
  • UK standard postage (10-15 business days) - $27.95
  • USA standard postage (10-15 business days) - $24.95

 

How long will my order take to make? 

  • As all bracelets are made to order, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. 

 

What size bracelet should I order?

How should I care for my bracelet? 

    • Please roll on and off your wrist
    • Do not shower or swim in your bracelet
    • Avoid exposing your bracelet to perfumes
    • Please handle your bracelet with care. It is handmade
    • WARNING: Chocking hazard - not suitable for children under 3 years. Wear under adult supervision only and remove before sleeping.

 

How will my bracelet wear over time when following the above instructions? 

  • It is inevitable elastic will stretch over time and for that reason we advise rolling on and off your wrist to keep the elastic firmer for longer. The metallic and dyed beads may become discoloured from abrasion with other beads, thread and often it can happen from a chemical reaction with the oil in your skin

 

Are refunds accepted?

  • Wild Daisy & Co by Zoë does not provide refunds for any purchases. If you have a particular question in relation to your order, please get in touch with us at hello@wilddaisyandco.com.au. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Made an order & would like to make a last minute change?

  • No problem! changes can be made within 24-48 hours of your order, please get in contact with us ASAP at hello@wilddaisyandco.com.au. Please note changes made later than this will incur a $5 fee per bracelet
